Go to http://www.imageshack.us and click the 640X480 resize button before you upload the pic

or try this one that A Mum put me on to

http://tinypic.com.php

Click on the browse button and select the file you want to upload

In the resize drop down select the option

Message Board (640 x 480) option

after you have uploaded the pic, open it up and copy the the file name under

"IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards"

and paste it straight on to your reply here

We're working on it, perhaps once its fixed, if we could avoid re-quoting with the picture, it'll stop it using up uneccesary space.

for those who want to link a picture from the web on here (not using attachments) this is how you do it -

> Find your picture on the web
> right click on it
> go to Properties
> Copy the address (URL)
> Paste it in a reply
> Highlight it and hit the IMG button above
> Submit reply
> it should appear on here
