Surely if you're driving a horse [Raise the Hand] that goes a bit rough when out wide on the track, then you slide up quietly 3 wide down the back straight [600m out] rather than get pushed 4 and 5 wide around the final 2 bends when trying to wind up and go flat out.![]()

you knew it goes a bit rough but you still (i'm presuming) backed it![]()
who would have given the driver instructions ? see the driver also trains it![]()
G, mal told me that your an astute punter which i believe but i think on this occasion backing inexperienced horses that show a tendancy to hang/gallop/greeness etc as a punter your asking for trouble, i'd suggest without knowing that michael smith would be just educating the horse in fields so next time in it'll be ready to race properly & would also have matured a bit
