Yes 4 clubs in 4 years can be confirmed. The first time he moved was bcos port districts didnt hav an u18's n he just followed his mates, so i dont think loyalty to his mates is a real crime. Plus i could say with his amount of talent he is warmly accepted at any club he sets foot in

And Amber i think your disregarding the coaches impact on players leaving and some of the policies he has implemented. Many of the players that are leaving are not getting payed or recieving pay cuts....

I have heard about the coach but surely he deserves a chance though?? How can a coach upset that many people in that little time though?? You have met and seen the coach and I haven't, so I'll have to take your word on it for now.

Davis is no "BIG" loss, he is handy but definitely replaceable. Doesn't posess anything extra that you would go out of your way to try and keep at the club.

When i played for North Haven (admittedly was back in 06) if you told me Davis was leaving i would consider it a massive loss. Great bloke who had my back as a 15 year old coming up to play A's. Massive head tho (physically, not ego-wise)

i would think he is a big loss to the club, not just on field.
your right he is a good bloke and even more spot on with his head size.

And flies the flag like no one else...but you could say that about 90% of the boys that were there back then.

Never said any of the boys that have left were w*nkers or the likes. In fact the group of blokes that have left will have more effect on saturday nights rather than saturday afternoon. They all made sure they got back to the club on saturdays and attend all club functions. They are all good blokes and have left for various reasons, which I haven't got a problem with. Was only adding my opinion whether they were a big loss or replaceable.

Well i was there between 2002 to 2006 and Davis and Rowlins are the only ones i know that are supposed to be leaving. I wasnt bagging you for having an opinion. Just giving the guy some praise. He was at NHFC years before me and stayed at least till the end of the 2008 season. From what i remember of Rowlins, he would be missed as well (but like i said i havent been there for 2 years so dont know how his forms been or how his knees have held up). And I think I got a different nickname every saturday night...usually from one person...guess who?

I didnt actually think of Steamboat, but now that you mentioned it he did call me some pretty funny things...cant really remember them tho coz there was a different one ever 20 minutes.

Buzza was the guy i was thinkin of...i remember one night i stayed back and it must have been windy during the game coz my lips were really dry...i kept licking them and by about 11pm ack at Teddy Richards place he called me Dorothy...unlike Buzza i wasnt familiar with shows for 4 year olds so didnt really get it until i did some research...that one stuck for a far while...

But a funny one was Buzza wanted a nickname for M Stokes at training and just called him the first thing that came to his head...Tim Tams...and Stokesy was pissed off coz he thought it had some meaning and we were giving him shit about something...

buzza is continuing to to give people nicknames from the first thing that pops into his very very thick head eg rory durdin (hotdogs) and shaun hinsley (dildo) i think i might have to ask buzza who you are
