Phil's is Pt Augusta.

Edit: Just realised the bridge has the wrong clour rails for Auburn. Could be the Broughton River at Spalding.

Your on the right road to get there but it's much further North than Auburn, and it's not the Wakefield River.
For a clue on the name of the river have a look at what makes up the dry river bed.
