Not Cactus Phil, that's too far west. I've never been there but Cactus is apparently more rocky and reefy than this place.

Deemu, are you saying it's not cactus because there is no swell? The reason cactus got it's name was because it was dead flat i.e. 'cactus' when the person named it.
