Well said Thiele.

As much as the bloke cops it for not being as knowledgable as most would like him to,there is nobody more passionate about South Australian sport. At times his passion blocks his ability to really see the truth but he is an icon of SA.

Although you will still hear him in calls of the footy and on Saturday mornings the amount of time he has spent on our airwaves, whether you like him or not, must be admired.

Well done KG.

Fair call lads ... I dont necessarily agree with everything he says, but he's been more passionate than most, he's always been great with the kids and seems like a humble bloke.

IS an icon of this state (and Im not referring to that kinda icon).

Most people seem to concentrate on the aspects they don't like, wouldn't surprise me if those happy to see him gone aren't regretting their call a few months after he's been replaced.

Best of luck to the bloke.

have enjoyed listening to him over the years, but glad to see him go also...his lack of knowledge about any sport other than cricket or footy was so annoying

he isnt the "nice" bloke many believe he is, has screwed a few people over the journey

Very True, just ask the Adelaide Cricket Club I think he has only attended 1 function in my time at the club (about 5 or 6 years now) and he left the place over 30. plus he is a life member and he was selected in the club team of the century

It was a great show tonight as well, very emotional. Greg Ritchie was great and all of his alias characters were as funny as they've ever been.

Seriously, congratulations on a wonderful career to KG, as much as he can be frustrating to listen to at times, he is an icon in SA and has had an amazing career. Was lucky enough to meet him at the recent SANFL Media Awards night and he was great to talk to.

WELL DONE KG !!!
