Lion - Is Benny Hart going around again? Good bloke - likes his pies!!

Where u from there Under The Pack?

Yeah as HILL has already stated we have 1 has signed from Two Wells, Pearce from Uni has come back to play where he played juniors with his mates, a couple of other signings which when the season starts ul see & few others new boys that are just come out having a look & training with the club, which look very handy but we will not name as they are yet to decide on where they are playing in '09 but we have had good numbers 35-45 out on the track already which is pleasing & things look positive for next year.

Jimmy, yeah Benny is going around again after an injury prone '08 season where he would of been lucky to play half a dozen games through injury, he has even trained before Xmas so look out if he can get himself fit as the bloke can turn a game off his own boot, Agree Good bloke & does like his pies but enjoys a beer or 2 even more ;)

Also would like to hear whats happening with the Adelaide Lutheren's, Sailsbury Wests & Unley's of the world as we hear quiet regularly from other poster's bout the PAOC's, CBCOC's, Pooraka's, Fitzroy's & North Haven's?

Roaring Lion...Us greenies boys are still about the place and are happy with our new signings so far...we think we will match it with most teams but its going to be a tough season. Our aims are 1.. not get relegated back to div 5 and 2nd be as competetive as we can and with a bit of luck put a scare into the "established" div 4 teams. We are also trying to have a competitive b grade this year to help with our depth and with the appointment of a new b grade coach we are confident this will happen.
Opinions and bumholes..you either have one or are one IMO

Yes Roaring Lion some of the GG boys have gone quiet but all is good at Harpers Field at the moment. Scotty Peterson is training well, Scuddsy has been out on the track, Todd Sheppard is enjoying being back at the Burras from the Doggies and an amazing amount of numbers out on the track augers well for the year ahead. We are not over confident or predicting miracles and by no means are we oblivious to the challenges ahead. Div 4 is unchartered territory for a young club like us but our group is ready for the challenge, we are working very hard already and have done 3 sessions a week for the last 3 or 4 weeks and we take no team lightly. We look forward to the test of Division 4 there's no doubt about that !!

Adelaide Lutheran have new A and B grade coaches.
Both selected from outside the club, something a bit different for AL.
Were competitive last year (finished 6th) - won the games we had to, will need to start beating some of the top teams if going to push for finals.
