Hang about.. didnt Spintwin claim a 9 wicket haul last year?!? decent effort i think ;)

Fair effort indeed, Phantom, but he'd be horrified if you termed his craft 'spin'.. ;)

Pretty Handy, unfortunately i believe we are going through a period of time where young kids just arent interested in the majestic art of spin bowling. Kids follow idols and idols at the moment would be your Pontings, Husseys, Lee, Johnson.

There isnt a quality spinner like warnie they can look up to anymore..

Im still trying to work out exactly what to call his "craft" haha (sorry spintwin ;) )

Having said that, he is beginning to show signs of an all-rounder with some nice batting scores haha

Tough one. I think perhaps a Cossens? One day games suit his style of play. i think the bowling stocks this season are right on song, making it hard for batsman, having said that there have been a few opportunities blown.. Marshall, Cossens, Reidy, Frith, Holland etc etc..

There is another lad from Para Vista, John Smith, currently the STATES highest average with 182.00 perhaps a chance? My money would be on giggs over Hoeful, this week is the best opportunity..

Cossens scored a 99 recently and Marshall a 97 against your mob a few matches ago. From Para Vista, I'd say that Hodson is due for a bigg'un after an encouraging Carnival.

Reidy has been hitting them well half-fit, so when his groin is better, I think he will be posting a ton. Apart from that, the usual suspects like Holland, A.Frith, Marshall, Giglio and maybe Loechel and Hoefel when they are back and firing. I don't know much about NEK's. Baker from Morialta has the ability, but like many in our competition, lacks the desire to grind out an innings, preferring the 20/20 approach I see so often at matches these days. Keep an eye out in the ton column for a bloke by the name of Jon Smith from PV.. And yes, that is his real name.. ;)

Footnote ; I see the Phantom has just pipped me to the prediction.. ;)
