Haha if I lost that much i'd be dead. Im 80 kg and 5'11. Actually been getting a bit of fitness up with a few Kenilworth lads. Soon as training starts ill ease off the extra cardio and hit the gym. If I start too early in the gym it does not work for me, my body can't handle it :-({|=
Another note though when I was 17 I lost 20 kg over a 12 month period by eating 3 meals a day and eating no more than 50-60 grams of fat per day. Worked really well. Obviously extra excercise helps and build it up over a period of time, also look after your body after the excercise by going to the beach and walking waist deep through the water. You feel alot better the next day and you will not be too sore to go again the next day ;)

i've found that exercising 3 times a month, and eating nothing but crap and drinking piss over the past 4 months hasn't really worked, so am keen to try something different ;)

Not looking forward to that first pre-season training...think a spew is on the cards... :vom:
I'm proud of you fellas. You all kept your head on a swivel, and that's what you gotta do when you find yourself in a vicious cock fight!

Yeah I thought i'd do a bit extra this pre-season. I have never been blessed with speed but I used to be pretty fit. Havent done a proper preseason in 4 years and I reckon i'll do that bit extra to get a few more kicks this year. Also now being back on the prowl it cant hurt to get a bit more in shape ;)

I too have heard that King Cains has been dominating the runs out there.

I have heard that they have signed 8 players from Ramblers, but no one can name those 8. So far i have been told Vines and Fishook are new to the club from Seaton.

I was also told that Shaun Jakobson is back there after one week with Kilburn. The sign on fee he was offered wasnt supplied.

There is a strong chance Brad Horsell will play for Rosewater next year. The former St Pauls coach and last years Mail Medallist has been in extensive talks with the club. I think Portland are keen on him also but are yet to contact him.

Cobdogla - a beautiful part of the desert - he would feel at home if he went to Eastern Park instead

Slots it through you are an uninformed muck raker. Kilburn never offered Jakobsen a sign on fee at all. If that is what you have been told maybe he is after more from you. Sign on fees are why Kilburn have lost a few high profile players because they wouldn't pay sign on fees. Try your crap on other Clubs my friend.
