Yes it does, but I've yet to see that result in 5 years of entering the comp on the other site. Even if that does eventuate all in sundry will know who carrys the superior form by the selection wins.
Here's a sample from two years ago.

i]The ultra consistent Hollypet delivered yet again under extreme pressure in the final round to retake the lead from The Kid when his old favourite Raw Instinct won the Listed Brisbane Handicap. The win also won Holly the last round from the Perth wiz, Portside. An outstanding performance Holly, Well done.
Third prize goes to Grovel who also demonstrated admirable consistency in selecting 10 winners and four quinellas (twice as many as anyone else)

Most of the blokes on that site are pretty astute judges, a couple of pros, a bookie & a few of them are owners. Yes they do go the rough quinny at the end, none have succeeded though. It's more about giving credit to members who can pick the winners of the big Group 1's than any prizemoney involved.
We could go with a number of selection wins, but that just stifles the comp with everyone jumping on the favs.
Alternitavely we could dump the Quinny in favour of another win or maybe place selection.
Majority rules Grubby, so any suggestions are welcome
