Don't hold your breath Pidge. The assoc likes to sit on its hands procrastinating about things. They tend to live in the dark ages mate. Bring it up at the next delegates meeting but just be prepared for the looks of amazement that you will get because you dare bring up such an issue.

I remember perhaps 4 years ago at one of the meetings, i brought up the issue of the assoc investing in a fax machine so the scores could be faxed through. Man, you would have thought i was asking for the world. They continually complained about score sheets/match reports being late and the like and our club was of the opinion that a fax would be a good idea but the committee went white with shock.

I think i saw lefty at the 20/20 last week chatting with a member of the Brooklyn Park Cricket Club. Could a transfer be on the cards?

Saw that myself - just what were they discussing? It looked very in depth and perhaps lefty himself can enlighten us all. Well that's if he can rise again.

They were talking outside of the hotdog stand. Lefty was getting into it. I reckon they would have been talking about how much cheese to put on his hotdog. Trust me it was that indepth.

Wow, that is some serious discussion. Lefty does like his cheese even though he had most of it on his t-shirt and chin.

I am, and if Mattsy comes back I will buy him a pizza personally. As for your beer, I thought you were a spirits man, but as you would know we get free beer and other munchies from our sponsor the Hotel Royal (plug plug) after each Saturday.

And if you can get our other target back who use to play at Fitzroy, I might have to see what bonus I can get you as well.
