Nah just heard a couple of young reserves players that are waiting for a crack at senior level. Obviously the emu A grade is a hard team to crack into so maybe they are looking for opportunities elsewhere..... A bit like Shrive to Aldinga i spose

i also heard of a few B grade morphies players heading to Aldinga?
Dont know any names. Just rumours, any one know of this one?

Yeah your right i think Hills, i have also heard (rumours only) that Brad has approached a few talented first year seniors that have played the occaisional senior game... Only time will tell i guess, sure there will be a little bit of money for these guys and a guaranteed A grade game but i'm sure we'll hang on to the true quality and see them playing A's in the next couple years in the red and black..!!

haha the farrier boys in the same team would be good to watch they have not played together yet !! reynella will finish better than we did last year the feeling amongst the boys is outstanding,the young lads are on fire and the older boys have not been this keen in as many pre seasons as they have done compared to this year, and had a beer with the returning number 12 i would say to the emus (nadilo) on sunday at the wakeboarding down the bay be good to see the man running around again come round one![/quote]

Will be good to have him back and by all reports he is very keen... His last game for the club resulted in a GF win and a BOG medal to go with it... Handy inclusion to an already strong midfield..!!

maybe this is a reason for some players looking else where true quality is not always there but building on it is what struggling clubs like us at aldinga like to do. I understand that top teams have the luxury of picking the best 21 every week but in the case of say the bottom 5-6 sometimes building that quality is all we have. Through personal experience i think that makes friendships not just premierships. Cheesy I know

Thats probably why they couldnt sign S.Joras and Pittman.

Goolwa couldnt fit Pitman into their points, Victor didnt have enough points 4 Ewer.

What is the standard like? Say compared to SAAFL and the Hills League as i've seen a bit of both.

nah mate, i only played 1 A grade game in 07, against Hackham in rd 1.

If you read the article properly, the Saints themselves have only said they were prepared to meet with him to help him work through the coaching situation. All else is journalist hype.
