plymptons oval is great. decent size change rooms for both sides! visitors change room is big enough unlike a certain few clubs going around.i.e. brahma lodge, adelaide lutheran to name a couple. i think the biggest vistors rooms i have been in would have to be kenilworths.

yes plympton oval faces wrong way but its fine for us as we have learnt to play with the sun sorta in your face towards end of the game. but by then we are 10 goals in front so yeah. and when it rains plymptons oval is spongey, not to wet tho nice during the winter.

Bulldog I appreciate the praise on our away changerooms but I have to disagree on Plymptons away rooms being a decent size, they are tiny and the oval is terrible.
I have always been a big beleiver on that we look after away teams at Kenilworth too much, seems to be an enjoyable trip rather than formidable. That can be contributed to our facilities and our results on the park over the past 3 years. Mind you when you get division 2 finals you will not complain as we do. As we spend more time there the facilities have improved dramatically. Looking forward to seeing the clubroom refurb which I beleive is meant to be ready come round 1.

The difference between Plymptons and Brahma Lodge/Adelaide Lutheran/Glenunga is that Plymptons are tiny and the other 3 are out and out disgraceful.

its odvious that im not going to agree with you there. i liked our oval because it suits our style of play ( odviously ) reason why we win games there 90% of the time, well 95%. i like your oval because when i have played there, we have won the game. decent size to have a run. but yes i will dissagree with you about plymptons oval. as you are stating in your post, the home team is not there to impress the visiting team, maybe the reason why certain clubs have shitouse rooms.
we can talk all day and all night on who has the better oval, and odviously we will not agree on it.

Plymptons visitors change rooms is just about as big as your 'fantastic'club rooms..... How ever your ground is good though. Good size...

I'm not going to sit here and have stupid arguments about facilities Plugger, Bulldog had an opinion and so did I and they were both constructive. Your response is just a smart arse response to make yourself feel bigger. Nothing was mentioned previously about clubrooms and you drag that in to back your argument up to what avail?? When are you going to use our clubrooms?? However you use the changerooms and the oval so I can see that as being justified. You may aswell have a go at us because our clock does'nt work next to the scoreboard....

yeah thats the other clubrooms i forgot about... glenungas. health hazard in there. been told the home teams change rooms are just as bad. remember when we played there 2 years ago, one team mate needed to take a dump and couldnt becasue the toilet was blocked from the previous week etc. stank like a public toliet block ( the change rooms ). oh and we had money taken from someones bag when the A grade was playing.

for starters you never leave money in your footy bag while you are playing...we use to play against taperoo and there change rooms was a tin shed..all ovals are the same when you cross the white line nothing changes 4 post each ends

am aware that people shouldnt leave things in bags whislt playing footy. a monkey knows that but there are certain times....e.g. when someone is runnig late and forgets. but by saying that if we didnt have low lifes that went through peoples bags then we wouldnt have to worry would we?

Too many people at Kenilworth with their hand on their clock.... it's bound to happen... ;)
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Kenilworth should not need to worry about plymptons or any Div5 club facilities as they will be lapping up the luxury first class facilities of the Div 6 comp.
