I was there for a half on Sunday and he was very good. If it wasn't for Skipworth the Eagles might have lost that game by 100 points.

I wouldn't go that far wedgie. The Eags never at any stage looked that bad. Even without Skippy we wouldn't have lost by that many.

41 touches last week in a losing side. Yeah he's a star. The guy is just awesome and will certainly wreak more havok tomorrow if he plays. I'd be expecting at least another 30 + touches. I just don't know who North could match up on him.

How many of his 41 were effective?

I would say at least 80% effective. He's a star there's no doubting it. It won't be long before he cracks at the afl level and stay there.

You are not even in the top 4 clubs in the history of the SANFL and you want a club above you to win another premiership.

"Baby on board". Why dont you put a sign on ur car saying "adult on board" or "car stereo in use"?

It's off to Woodville in a while for the 1st time today, my son plays against Woodville Primary at Woodville PS this morning, before we head off to watch North play "Woodville" this arvo, hopefully it's a double dose of doom for both Woodville sides today.

Could it be? Can the Eagles actually win the flag this season?

Personally, I'd like to know what happened just before the start of the match which we got a free from. Whatever it was, North were behind the 8-ball from that moment on. Yet again they give away a big lead in the first quarter, but as I have said - it is going to be costly at some stage doing that.

SpellCheck there were 2 off the ball incidents at the same time something happened to Groeke and he got the free at the same time the north player standing Pedler either number 2 or 7 was attempting to start a fight !!
In truth North gave the Eagles the first five goals a reversal of what happened at woodville oval last year when North had Tioa and Wise playing for them .And we were correct about O'hara Thank God Jarman bought him and we got a damn fine replacement from our Junior Ranks in Jacobs .
Well I think North had a lesson this afternoon in pressure football, SOUTH gave the Eagles a wake up call last week and I believe the Eagles have benefitted from it .
What a game to watch GO YOU MIGHTY EAGLES.
DID YOU GUYS LOVE THE WOODVILLE CHANT from the grandstand.

I can't wait for the replay on Tuesday night. Todays match was yet another great advertisement for the SANFL - contested marking, all in brawls, tough attacking football at its best. It has almost become non-existant in the AFL.

Great atmosphere at the match, too. At least 3,500 in attendance.

WTF, you beat us twice on your home turf and beat you on ours. You guys can really talk about this with your relationship with centrals.

That's what Woodville wore - the white shorts, McAlmanac said up until the early 70s'.

Yeah, there would have been a few reports out of all that in the AFL for sure.
