Thank god theres no trial by video some of the brawling players would be thinking hey Spell Check.
I will have to admit the jumper was great looking and it stood out .but why were we playing in white shorts ?

That's what Woodville wore - the white shorts, McAlmanac said up until the early 70s'.

Yeah, there would have been a few reports out of all that in the AFL for sure.

Thought that was the case SPell check thanks
OLD West Torrens jumper worn we win well
1993 Jumper we wear in Heritage round we win well
OLD Woodville jumper worn WE WIN WELL
We should do something like this in Grandfinals

Oh come on boys. Gone a bit quiet over prospect way. Geeeeez I know we've just pummeled you for the 2nd time this season but surely you have something to say. Just wondering what your excuses are this week. With that win we'll take the minor premiership and be on our merry way. See you boys in the finals that is if you can get past the dogs first. Geeeez I can smell that premiership, can't be too far away.

Never mate, unlike some supporters we never go missing, I know that might confuse a few of you fair weather fans.

Eagles were too way good today, well done Eagles players.

Man, you're a cocky bunch for a club that have done nothing in 10 years and have won 1 premiership in a life time.
Been up near the top of the tree for 6 years and still couldn't get close to outnumbering us.
Enjoy your win but learn how to win gracefully like your players.

I know it is easy for me to brush those comments aside, Wedgie, but opposition fans love to payout on that sort of arrogance. I know, ehl, you will tell me that winners are grinners and all, but you won't be getting any sort of celebration from me until we win the premiership flag.

I honestly wonder why I bother at times, I spend an hour resizing the pics and publishing them so Eagles fans can have a little bit more of a memory of the day and you've got dickheads asking why its quiet.

Just remember eagleshaslanded, if you want more than the 2 pics you'll see in the Advertiser if you do happen to fluke a premiership win on here you'll have to learn to not be as big a dick champ.

No worries champ, I could always email you, Phil, McAlmanac , Diss and my step dad the pics I take on GF day if the Eagles get up as I know there's a few good ones out there.

PS Great to see Phil there today having a day off his radio committments waving his flag proudly in his green and gold and great to catch up with McAlmanac in his still fitting Woodville guernsey today. Even Ernie got into the spirit today with his old Woodville guernsey, I wish I still fitted my guernseys from the 80s hell, I wish I fitted my guernseys from 2 years ago!

Envy is like fire Wedge man it always goes for the highest point.......

Take it as a complement.....

When I first started following SANFL footy I didn't have much respect for North as the years 1977-81 weren't that good for them. So I didn't know how successful they really were. However the mid 80s to now have proved to me that as a club they have done more than most clubs, you have a record most clubs are envious of, maybe that is why some people make the posts they do....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

that would be great. The photos you take are always great, and as you quite rightly pointed out, there will be more from you than the Advertiser would take! How things have changed since 1993, remembering all the newspaper clippings I have.

Now come on wedgie. That's going a bit far. I'm just happy to see my team win and enjoying it while it lasts. Geeeez wedgie I was just trying to cast my line and see whether I would get a bite. Calm down a little man. It's all in fun. I was merely pointing out mos tof the posts after game have been from Eags supporters. Lighten up buddy. I'm really a nice guy when you get to know me.

Nah mate, fishing line or not, it just shits me when I get home at 9pm, spend an hour on the computer when I'd rather be in bed pureley resizing and publishing pics for Eagles supporters to enjoy the great day they had only to have someone asking why I haven't been online. Would you rather I came online straigth away, said "well done" (as I did anyway) and not publish any pics and go to bed?

When you spend hours and hours of your own time only to please some people from other clubs only to have them bagging you whilst you're doing the work for them its a tad annoying.

I don't think I said it already, but it was a pleasure to meet McAlmanac, Leaping Lindner and The Big Warrior from BigFooty today.

Yeah I enjoyed catching up with McAlmanac and Leaping Lindner today.

Something more annoying than the loss today was I had to drink West End Draught, only SANFL ground all year I've had to do that as other ground all have Tooheys New also. Im paying for it now, man it gives a shocking headache.

PS North's reserves won today, hooray! :D

That doesn't need to stop you from doing so, but I thought at the greatest it was 60/40 in favour of North. Do you think 3,500 is the right estimate for the crowd?
