Auto to be in the runs.

Might be a bit hard Pidge, think im batting at 7 or 8 or 9 or something. Best batting line-up weve had for a while. I might have to bat with you Pidge, so make sure you can keep up with me between the wickets.

yes fitzroy looking strong indeed this game. gonna be a great game, a good measuring stick for both teams. good luck to all.

auto, you suck.
pidge, so do you.
if i were skipper this year, auto youd bat 11, pidge, 12th.

PS: i have sourced the cortisone too.

To be fair to Pidge we should have a Rock Off! ;)

BB, get a score or take some wickets. I havent seen you hit a decent score this season. Then you can back up all your talk. You are past it mate. All these injuries. Time for the youthies to come in and do the damage.

i am definately well past it my pubescent friend...in my time i could rip your head off with the ball, no question. i have broken toes, noses, and im sure i caused a blood clot in someone lung too. Ask feltus about the bruise on his chest too.....

what you dont realise is that you have a chance this year to make history on several fronts....concentrate on getting your wickets and bringing your team over the line this weekend.....do the damage son...we are all behind ya.

bring on saturday...

Whats going on. The Para Vista boys haven't been on here much this week. I sense a few nerves from them. PS. Its not going to be 38 this week, so it looks like you will have to play us.

Just my opinion, but i think the Executive should be doing everything they can to get North Haven into our comp. Geographically they have a lot more in common with us than down south.

I go away for a month and when I come back the forum has suddenly taken off with over 90 pages!
Good to see so much discussion about and passion for the association. :D

Also, I am on the association exec committee and if people have any suggestions to improve the association etc. we will take it all on board. If you don't want to discuss things on here, send me a PM and I'll make sure it gets passed on.

And by the way, I see that Pidge is currently the leading A-Grade wicket-taker with 19 wickets!!! He must be doing something right!
Keep it up, Pidge!

Fitzroy over PV by not much, super close game.

BOG to Auto for a chanceless, elegant 14 and some of the best diving, full length reflex catches your ever likely to see........ oh and someone named Giggs got 5/2 or something. Trimmer was serviceable too with 45 not out. ;)

In all honesty a very hard fought win.

Mawson Lakes North over Methos by about 17 or so runs.

Well done boys! Like i said, Fitzroy looking irressistable at the moment playing some good cricket, going to be tough come finals.
Methos well they have just fallen in a heap of late with the exception of the win against the Rose Park outfit..

Giggs 5/2?? i guess that cortazone injection helped : :D :P

Fitzroy 2nd XI- 8/207
A Sparre 117

lost to

Paralowie B- 5/208 (34 overs)

our best effort for the year with the bat, not so with the ball.
