When i went to school there was no A/C and we had no heat policy It really sucked in the third storey classrooms.

We had to stay at school, 90% of the students had to travel to and fro by bus, up to 50km, it was too hard too finish up early. I remember going home one day, 1/2 the seats on the bus were 3 to a seat, the bus was old, no AC and it measured 51 deg that afternoon on the school weather station.
