On a day like this, it's funny to think that there is a flood warning issued
for the far north-east of SA.
Flood waters from QLD have now reached Goyders Lagoon, up the Birdsville track.

The problem with that is, how do we know what exactly occured before 1887 in Adelaide, we don't know. Only from this point on do we exactly know.

I had the aircon in my room on all night at 23deg
Woke up with the quilt on, fantastic!

By the way, the 30.7 minimum is an equal record for the 28th of January (with 1900). The previous maximum record was 42.6, also set in 1900.

Note in here I mentioned that it was the equal longest wait for the first 30 degree day for December (with 1907). I actually thought about the possibility of it being like the following month this month (January 1908 = January 2009), and here we are. ;)

And while I'm on a roll, this is the hottest recorded Wednesday. Previous was Wednesday the 20th of February 1980 which was 43.3.
