I wore mine on Australia Day at a couple of Southern Beaches and I was pulled up quite a few times asking which guernsey it was (SFL territory) and they all loved it. Our last one was'nt too bad either but this ones a keeper imo. Other good guernseys- Flinders Park
Para Hills around the late 90's/ early 00's was a cracker

Yeah ours (PH) was good but we had to get rid of them crappy black and white stripes. Our current ones are good but i like our clash one better.

Kenilworth's current jumper is far better than the chocolate brown/royal striped abomination it used to have.
Now that is just plain dumb, don't you think?

That was the centenary year guernsey and people seemed to warm to it and being a club with alot of tradition we decided to keep it. I reckon it looks better with the printed laces on the front (E.g Port Magpies). Im a fan, definatly original....

Do Para Hills still have the same as North Haven but with a red kangaroo across the top.. I thought it looked pretty good but was a pain in the arse when we (North Haven) played you. Only consalation was i always kicked at least one goal every time we played them.

Nah they canned that and now have a glorified version of wingfield royals, think it was an old one and they went back to it. I was a huge fan of the last one.

Yeah we've gone back to one of our original ones. All red with a black and white 'V' on it (same sort of design as the state guernsey). Our clash one is all black with a red and white 'V'. The last ones were good but i didn't like the black and white stripes.

Any reason why you don't wear hooped socks royal, brown & white? I reckon they would look better than plain royal, every pr*ck and their dog has got royal socks. Same with your shorts, incorporate some brown in the panel, sublimation can do anything nowadays with colours.
Will give things a lift.

Zed, I reckon it would be a great move. Have a look through the SAAFL book and count the clubs that wear plain royal socks.
That goes back to the days when plain colours were about all you could buy, now you can design your own to suit your uniform. Get Schultzy in to see Sportscentre next week with an order, if you're lucky you'll have them in 6 weeks.

Don't worry about the fat legs, they only go to just below the knee so if your legs are fat above the knee, it's not the fault of the sock! Might make some of your guys with 'pencil legs" look a bit bigger.

I'll get shot if some of my mates see this, but West Lakes had a coupla average looking guernseys (thankfully just before my time) ... The Egg and Sauce (ex Semmy Parks IIRC) was pretty ordinary, but the Prison Bar guernsey with Green, Blue and White was plain out there

You're right, it isn't.

It's a Central United player and must say their new jumper is not a bad looking unit. Gone away from the basic Footscray design with it, very effective.
