Simply look after your body.
Plenty of cool water, fresh fruit and veggies.
No alcohol, cola or coffee.
Very little fatty or sugary foods.
Early morning exercise.

I have seen at my work a few Valley View School students coming in pretty early in the day eg 11am. Is that due to getting out early with a heat policy?

yes, we have finished at 1:00pm on the last two Friday's, including today, but a lot of kids just don't go, because hardly anyone turns up to half a day.

Yeah unless you are in year 11 or 12. there isnt much point in going. When i was at school we got out at 2:35. so an hour earlier. which isnt much use as at that time it is the hottest part of the day.
