Inkster gets his 3rd goal.

Eagles 10-8 68
Norwood 8-6 54

Have Norwood come out on the park or left the mini league on?

Well done eagles you still need to improve but you can rest up for port now :D

Looks like we stomped a norwood mudhole dry baby

The game seemed to change after Lindsay dumped Campbell (fairly). Norwood were running Eagles off their legs and then Colville and Cicolella turned things around. 9 goals in a period of 16 minutes between the 20 minute mark of the 2nd quarter and the 6 minute mark of the third won the game. A nice percentage boost to keep above North going into the bye.

I think it was just one of those "did what's needed to win" games. The period when we kicked 12.8 to nothing was that period. Disappointed that we only got three goals in the last, as one more would have the the club highest score against Norwood.

Very well. I would have rated the Eagles best players as Colville, Cicolella, Knights, Symmons, McKenzie.

Knights' kicking is letting him down still a bit. But he got a lot of it today.

I would put the 5-4-3-2-1 as Cicolella (what a goal by him in at the northern end when he brought the ball around beautifully after evading two Norwood players) Knights 2 goals 3 behinds, Symmons with 4 goals, Inkster, and a toss up between many other players, so I'll give it to the captain, still leading by example with another solid performance.

oh thats right it was a final.

But that's in the past and we've won the last 10 to be 29 to 17 in the head to head the Eagles way.

Good win today, considering we're only playing Norwood.
