Def been a big and tough year for the reds and for them to still be in wish a shot of playing in the GF is a credit to all.

We played terrible against Melbourne yes but the game against QLD and Central Coast to finish the season we created enough chances to win both games so all is not doom and gloom for the reds.....

Evryone still support the Lads

GO THE REDS

Its gonna be tough for the reds. Put all our eggs in the one basket trying to win the ACL (which was the right thing to do IMHO) but its clearly evident we lack the depth to challenge for titles on both fronts.

Nevertheless I will be there in full support tomorrow night hoping that the boys can muster another big effort. Qld in very good form at the moment so will be extremely tough. Hopefully Viddy plays Dodd on the right and allows him to run at the defence. Something he cant do as a striker.

Exactly we competed in the amount of consecutive games only european clubs etc play but they have a bigger squad numbers so can rotate players and manage their teams workload better. I think we did remarkably well to stay top until the last game of the season.....

This was the last paragraph of an article published in the Advertiser on Tuesday:-

Former J-League Kyoto Sanga striker Yutaka Tahara is pushing for a Reds' contract after undergoing a medical yesterday. Tahara will train with United this week.

For those who can make it, get to Hindmarsh for 2:30pm kick-off to see the Baby Reds take on the Baby Bling in the Youth League Grand final.

Is this game a one-off to get into the final, with penalties if tied at full time, or is it a 2 leg situation?
