Beer - Size matters. But...

Fosters has announced it is going to revert back to 375ml bottles for some of its brews, due to a customer backlash:

Personally, I stopped drinking Cascade Premium when they reduced the alcohol content to a piss-ant 5%.
IMHO Premium should be at least 5.2%, if not 5.6% or 5.8%.
this seems to have been the trend lately.
Stopped drinking Southwark Premium for the same reason, the taste really suffered on my palate when they dropped the % alcohol . I know they do it to keep taxes down, but I'd pay more for "REAL" premium beer.

I saw that in the Sunday Mail. I am proud to say that I did not drink so much as a sip of Cascade Premium from a 330 ml bottle, and I will celebrate the return to proper-sized stubbies by buying a slab of it. I just hope the company does the right thing and does not increase the price of the brew.

Ditto Pseudo. I look forward to tucking into a carton of Cascades again.

So the size is more important to you guys - you obviously still like the taste?
Did you notice any change in taste when the alc content changed?

That goes for all beers - WE Draught was OK when it was 5%, but now it is 4.6% or something - anyway it tastes a lot worse (to me) now.

IE 330ml annoys me, but I want my alc content back more!

Don't reckon I've had a cascade since they went 330ml, so can't say.

330ml sh*t me 'cause they don't fit in a stubby holder, and I knock the bottoms out of my favourite ones so I can put them on my wrist and not lose them when sloshed.

Agreed Quichey.
Either revert to 375ml or make smaller stubby holders!!

Revert.

Smaller stubby holders won't fit around the wrist not comfortably anyway.
