lets get some facts right here , you wont find any harder people than the Ingle Farm hill, if you disagree then get up there in about 6 weeks time tell them to harden up instead of hiding behind your computer. next these loyal people are just that, they have played juniors, seniors, been on committees, done anything thats asked of them. yes they take teir own beers on a saturday but all have spent enough in the club to buy 100 clubs ( anyway the club isn't lacking money) you are running a football club, don't expect everyone to be an angel, they are all passionate supporters of the IFFC who are being driven away by a management committee who have madfe sure they have got their puppets in the right positions and when all goes pear shaped we'll come back in and pick up the pieces again. as for you beer oclock, you don't need to say anything after walking out on the club half way through a season after back stabbing your (ex) mate to get the coaching job.Once a farmer always a farmer no matter how many Chris Pikes you get

Not directing this at F.F cooz i have no idea who he is but some of those lads only get people offside with their ranting methods of support that surely must end to give the footballers and coach any chance what so ever of moving forward-need a restraining order on the hill, can anyone second that?

I second that! Its all well and good being a "clubperson" watching the games, spending your coin, supporting the boys, but thats what you've got to do, SUPPORT, don't critisise and abuse people who are trying! Geez all you do is drive a wedge through the club, and create bullsh*t which is totally unhealthy and uncalled for.

Instead of telling Ingle Farm everything they have done wrong this year, how bout try something new and find something positive or say nothing at all!

Bulldog, i was one of those people there 10 years ago that got the club out of the shit and i've been there alot longer than that, but have had enough of Chris's way or no way. We'll see where the club is at the end of this season and you tell me if thats progress or not, remembering we won a div 5 flag in 05, all been backwards since then. maybe 1 or 2 players left from that side, rest all gone to other clubs where no doubt they are appreciated and looked after, as is happening still this year. i will still be there through the bad , doesn't mean i have to sit back and accept it. the sporting club having heaps of cash doesn't mean sucess on the field unless your prepared to spend a bit and copmpete with these other clubs

Very simple....
Ingle Farm have to bite the bullet and go all new..
Suffer the pain that will come with it..
The culture that has been there for numerous years has been deplorable at times, on and off the ground..
Anyone involved that denies that has there head in the sand....
Too many huge ego's..
Has affected the club in more ways than just football..
To have any hope of...a) attracting players... b) keeping juniors with smart parents that see the culture and...c) Earning the respect of opposition clubs (would rather be known as a hard footy side on the ground than tough guys off the ground any day), it needs to start from scratch and not allow these outside egotistical personalities ruin hard work that has begun..

And, Yes and Chris Pike needs to loosen the purse strings a bit too...

You are sopt on old farmer its not all about money at a footy club . Yes you need enough to survive but you need happy players as well to bring sucess. No one has a bad word to say about money the people in charge have done a great job in making our club well of , better than most. But the players that have left in four years since the flag is not good. Most have left for one reason because they have been pushed or do not get along with those people running the place. Those that think that the people in charge have made right choices for footy are dreamers the proof is in the pudding ingle farm will finish last and not win a game but im glad we got money maybe we can upgrade the chocalate machine

plympton and smithfield looking like the punters favourites to play off come september.

whats the news out at smithies LM? most of your blokes hanging around? how are the younger lads looking that played seniors in the second half of 2008?

a spy tells me that the numbers and size of players at plympton pre season have both been pretty significant. they'll be very hard to beat this year.

No major headlines sprinter, a couple in, a couple out. Most of the same playing group, the younger lads are looking good, a bit of filling out happening, hopefully those young fellas can take an extra step this season, some of them were only 16 last year and performed well.

not sure on 16 year olds doing much, as the younger players tend to have more ups and downs then the more older or senior players. had the same problem at plympton whilst i was there, the younger players were outstanding one week, then never got near it the following
