1) You come from a club that hasn't played anywhere near as much div 1 footy as Kilburn, yet you have the temerity to say "well done for playing with the big boys".

2) You called Kilburn soft. Half our team left that year and we had a shocker. How about you show us the scores from the last two times we played PAOC. Or better yet, tell us what division you are in. I can say with certainty that we would flog PAOC. Go away and join another college team Jimmy no friends. We all know you keep running out of people that like you at each club.

Gee, is that the best you can do?

Alright Jimbob, you and I(well you anyway) are probably boring everyone by now. There is no reason for you to be in the div 2 thread besides your man crush on me.

Off you go now.

Craig Taylor isn't a man of his word by the sounds of it.
Agreeing to sign at Kilburn Monday week ago he apparently was offered a deal from Eastern Park on the same day & signed it, at the same time burning O'Connor & the Kilburn F/C. With Kilburn promoted to D2 the same day Taylor would of been a very handy recruit for the Knights.
I look forward to watching these 2 teams clash 1st round!

What does that say about Kilburn Iwasthere84?
I'm not sure whether it was less money  i think O'Connor found out another player that lacks credibility, respect & honesty
Its not that hard to say "no i'm not interested" is it after your meeting instead of yeh i'm signing monday night & doesn't bother showing.

Long time reader - first time poster

Gotta ask - has anyone else got a call from a very new club?

A lot of our players have had calls looking 4 big men cos thay say that dont have any for D2 - howd they think they can play D2 without big blokes and who was there last year. have they all gone to Greenies???

boozehound wrote:Initially it was uncomfotable for both parties (Dusty Millar and some players) with some residual anger but everyone is well past it now.

Dusty has shown his value on the track getting the team fitter than ever before. He is also a disciplinarian so I can't see the discipline side of things slipping at all, not if you want to play in the seniors at EP anyway.

All in all he's been pretty impressive and gets along well with everyone. His lad Damo Millar has fitted in quite nicely and Im expecting some very good things from him this year, smooth mover, good goal sense and doesn't shirk it either. Just gotta convince Zak there is no future playing SANFL footy and we will be laughing

And a ruckmen???? or you dont need one in div 2???

Must have got money out of Kev07's big spend up. as usual, go to the needy to be spent on the unnecessary

all the talk at training last night was about kilburn trying to pay to avoid relegation. anyone over 6 foot 2 can earn some bucks cos they are desperate with all the good players leaving, they haven't got much left. mainly b graders for div 2

Looked to host a trial game on either the 20th (friday night) or 22nd (sunday) of march. Looking for any team, in any grade, in any league that would be keen for a game. To find out further details PM and i will pass on all relevant infomation to the club.

Cheers
