yep but its pretty slack with spraqy cans, i bought 3 cans in 3 days a few weeks ago without being asked for ID.

Perhaps you should also note that when shoplifting is involved it is unlikely that you will be asked for ID..............

and what makes you say i was shoplifting? have you never set foot in a store that sells spray cans? they are always locked up.
