Coco’s, is a tiny independent grocery chain, and is cashing in on Coles’ desertion of the Bi-Lo niche.
Coco’s development manager Greg Pearse (DW's right hand man from the old bilo days of S.A.) told the paper that with the demise of Bi-Lo “we definitely see room for another discounter”.
