Pulled a heart muscle from missing his pen on Wednesday?

Seriously though, when you're out that long from an injury as bad as his, it takes a LONG time to get back to playing consistenyl good football.

Ask Michael Owen, Harry Kewell or closer to home, Nathan Brown.

being a gunners fan, firstly i would like to say what the hell is going on behind the scenes. have become aware of kolo toure and William Gallas not on talking terms. FFS what is going on, if we are to be a real premier league title challenge next season i think we need to sort out the bickering and the internal scuffs before we can make a serious challenge. By the looks of it our 4th premier league title is miles or years away the way its going. Since our last title 03/04 we have had numerous info on internal fights or spats between teams mates.
Thierry Henry and Van Persie
Adebayor and bendtner
Nasri and Van Persie ( Spitting at each other at training )
Flamini and Hkleb
Gallas and his walking off after the birmingham game where Eduardo was stretchered off
Gallas and his spat at the rest of the team mid season and loosing his captaincy
And now toure and Gallas not on talking terms.
Not sure what else maybe this is all we are hearing....

for god sake Wenger, before we spend big on players etc we need to sort all this out. no team that is winning titles or cups has internal bickering or spats at each other. We dont hear internal fights between players of Man United or Chelsea over recent seasons. maybe this is all we need to do for us to get back to the usual top 2 team we were for so long.

From a Arsenal fan hoping for brighter days :(

Obviously, I'm pretty happy to have seen the slide and the bickering and the potential for no UCL at the Arse.

But I'll be serious for a second. I honestly think you need to get rid of the bad seed that is William Gallas. He's a very good player, but he's totally nuts and should go play tennis or some other individual sport. Maybe in France where that sort of dummy spitting childish crap is the norm, he'd thrive. Who knows. But one thing is for certain, this sort of behaviour is EXACTLY what got him the arse from Chavski.

Similar story with Van Persie, but he's less dispensible. He's such an arrogant twat, one that I'm sure even a decent number of Gooner fans themselves don't like. If he wasn't so good, he'd have been shown the door years ago. Maybe for Arsene, it's time to cash in on VP and move forward with a team player???

true, but when gallas has his head together he can play well. think your right about him and chelsea. personally i would have loved to see Cashley Cole :) stay with us, but that wasnt to be. yeah van persie is great i agree and yes can be a arrogant twat, we saw that against hull city away when we lost and he knocked the ball outa hulls keepers hands when he wasnt getting his own way.

I just wish they would get it together and become A team and maybe we might not be struggling to fight for fourth spot and be fighting for first

He's a magician. I'm still gutted we couldn't land him at Spurs. He's a great player and IMO will be very, very handy for the Scum.

And rightly so ... Good show of respect by Arse Haven though in that he didn't carry on as if it were his own, admired that ... His goal was sublime though, looks like another Arsene-special this bloke.

I don't see how he's an Arsene special? Spurs were after him before Euros last year. Then he dominated at the Euros and had a good couple of months with Zenit at the end of their season. Spurs had a deal 99% stitched up in summer before Zenit changed their terms twice, things got bitter and the deal fell through. Arse Man even went on strike Berbasulk style for 6 days demanding the transfer go through. My understanding is that Daniel Levy ****** up this trade with his stupid deal maker negotiations which work in England, but not in Mafia land.

Then Arsenal buys him after just paying the asking price. WTF couldn;t we just do that initially and save the bullcrap?

Can you tell I'm still a little bitter about this one? ;)

Bit of everything there mate. Missing the UK like crazy. Not a fan of Canada. Snowboarding is great, but everything else about the place is pretty ordinary. Pretty keen to head back to Aus, but in a perfect world, I'd be back in London in a flash!

Umm .. Where's he playing mate? ;)

Arsenal with a fit Febregas, Rosicky, Eduardo (with some miles in his legs) and Arshavin into the team next year could surprise a lot of people ... Especially if they can shore up their defence.

Sorry mate, I thought you meant this was one of Arsene's special finds like a Walcott or Ramsay.

There are strong rumors that Fabregas will be moving on over the summer, back to Spain. Toure has also refused to commit past the end of the season and we all know about Gallas!

IMO, the Arse also need a class keeper to get back to title challenger territory.

If those blokes do move on (and I've heard the rumours too) surely they would fetch quality coin, Fab in particular, and Wenger has a habit of replacing ability with ability.

I used to think Almunia was ordinary too, but thats perhaps a bit harsh, he's not had much help at the back this season.

Fab should fetch top dollar, but if he wants out, the Gooners may have to settle for peanuts if he goes to Barca for example. Unless they sell to Citeh, in which case they could pull 100m quid :D .

I just have the image of Bentley popping it in over Almunias head from 40 yards.
