i couldn't do 50 when i was fitter i don't think i could get to 20 now & if i did i'd probably have a heart attack
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Logged in and have done the push ups and sit up program. Week 1 day 1....away we go.

my missus brought this home from work a few months back as her latest fad. hilarious. funny thing is she still cant do a hundred pushups ha ha. hard to remember to do it to stickto it

Unless you have been specifically been doing pushup training I doubt many ppl could do 100 correct technique pushups

Mate, it's a 6 week push up specific program designed to train you up to being able to do 100 push ups consecutively.
No one is expecting to do 100 straight up.

Bump.

Is anyone still doing this? Did anyone manage to get the 100 out?

I'm currently on week 4, workout 2, column 3. This week should be fine, but it gets hairy next week.

I can't see myself getting many more than 50 out in 1 go, but I'm gonna have a good hard crack.
