just saying he hasnt proved anythin, well a B n F at any club is a fair achievement IMO.

I think if you re read my post i never said Deledio was over rated, i said he still had points to prove to be listed ahead of players such as Glass and i stand by that so way to take me out of context.

And with your comments on Darren Glass you are well off the mark, to say Scarlett and Rutten are a long way ahead makes me laugh. This is a bloke who was All Australian in 2006 and 2007 and if i am not mistaken WCE knocked the Crows out in the preliminary final in Adelaide so i am not sure what you are talking about Rutten playing in a poor or average side.

I cant recall Rutten ever being a permanent member in a poor side actually and with further tracking down

2008- 5th
2007- 8th
2006- 2nd
2005- 1st

Played less than 10 games in 2003 and 2003. So i am not sure were you are pulling your comparisons from.

It's only the Eagles fans who are saying that Scarlett isn't a long way ahead of Glass these days Pup.

That is the exact thing opposition supporters have been asking for the last three years immediately after he has shut down one of their most dangerous forwards.

Unbelievably under rated player. Is in the top 5 stoppers in the league IMO.

Does no damage when the footy is in his hand and that is a negative, when you are capable of getting the footy as much as him you need to have more of an impact.

Does his job very well and your right is better than a couple of players listed in my opinion as well, but if i was to pick my top 25 he would not be in it.

I'm a Port supporter but i wouldn't have K Cornes in the top 20. Kicking is not up with the elite in the comp.

Summed up beautifully Pup, great player, but not damaging enough to be in the elite ... His brother has the required x-factor.

-Brad Ottens (33) hardly played last year
-Bradshaw???
-Rioli, surely not top 50 yet
- Kane Cornes way too low

I think we can all agree the umpires opinion is not that important!!
How Gary Ablett has not won a Brownlow in the last 2 years is a disgrace IMO.
Cooney is a flashy player, in an even side, which won lots of games last year - I hope everyone cashed in on the umpires votes!
