Happy Valley C grade looking good this year with a lot of good young (when i say young i mean 30 and under) players. Can confirm a certain Kangy A grade ruckman playing C grade and the Kangy B grade leading goal kicker also making a return to C grade

Mate, that is a massive pick up for a C grade side.Played in a premiership with Klompy and he is an out and out gun!

Yes Klomp is a V good Full Forward... had the pleasure of puttin it on his tit many a time! i think at the moment he is second on the All Time SAAFL goal kicking list and isn't far off the record so my guess is he'll be out there until the Saturday work dries up maybe 1 or 2 years but he'll be back with us after that! best of luck to klompy and M/V, a handy pick up indeed!

Sounds like this klomp can play a bit. Might have to fight for the spot at full forward with gaskin though. Could be a couple of goals between these 2 guys this year.

ok. fair enough.

i'd heard he had just had enough of "full-on" training, so only training once a week (if that!) and happy to plod along in the 2's.

i obviously heard wrong?

Can anyone confirm or deny that the cocklies have pulled the pin on their c grade for 09? Heard from a player there that he was looking elsewhere because it was highly unlikely the club would have a c grade team.

Porties are definetely fielding a side. Spoke to the coach recently and he said it was looking good, even a few more numbers coming into the side

That's good news! Flaggies are getting ready for the Round 1 encounter - didn't want it to be a washout ....
Did hear tonight that the cocklies were struggling for numbers in the B's tho - not that this means that there'll be no C's. What have the numbers been like on the track down there in diverland ?

C grade starts this sunday NG. Klompy will need to get picked first, but there is a few guys keen to see what he can bring to the table.
