Yeah certainly gonna be a BIG test for all 3 grades with Plympton's A grade the early favourite, their B grade are reigning premiers in this division and they now have some more depth with a C grade. Not a bad way to start life in Div 5! The boys are looking forward to the challenge and we'll get a fair indication of where we're at after this game I reckon

Some real challenging games to start round 1. Good tests for Westminster and Hope Valley who have come up a grade. Hoping that Kenilworth can be competitive in their first game. Perrie in his first game for the navy blues could get off to a flying start with at least 4 plus goals (if he kicks straight of course)

That's if he is playing rd 1 ;) 8)

Playing definately...
And so is some bloke called Nathan Bassett..!!!!!!!!!

Kenilworth have a big inclusion for this weekends game.

Josh Stephens - new recruit, promising trial games. 3 shots at goal for 3 minor scores. one from the top of the square.

Still a promising lad, just needs his kicking boots on.
Should shine satdy arvo if he can contain himself from getting hammered at his cricket preso night friday.

Whats with picking against your own side? No confidence in your squad?

Josh Stephens will win it off his own boot!!

Sorry mate, just spelt it as he likes it to be pronounced - stefaaannss

He will add some anger to the side as well - it should be a league requirement that he has an anger meter around his neck at all times.

Josh is a softy  he will give the team some grunt. I am thinking we should start the "Josh Stevens Fan Club"

I am going to come and offer my support for the lad on saturday, hopefully he can pick the game back up quickly as he hasn't played in a couple of years.

In all seriousness, he will be a good inclusion for the club, as he is full of energy, quick & overall a good bloke. I think i've said it before, but he will definately be a character to watch at the club for social nights.

Looking forward to seeing him go around.

As for the fan club - i'll be selling memberships on the day.

Be warned - he looks as fit as he did last year

Cant wait for the supposed CHB who's going to get into his head abourt his kicking.............

I dont know the background info here, but the way Perrie kicks the ball you would have thought he would have heard alot of the taunts about his kicking before.

i reckon Robbie Ewan or Benny Shultz will get first crack at big pillow Perrie this week and neither will be shaking in their boots.Look out Ian

im sure Perrie aint shakn either.

As i know for a fact that all A grade players were sponsered last year and not required to pay subs personally how can you now put them down as unfinancial because they want a clearance As i was a player sponser last year i find this unaccetable and won't be putting any more money in if i don't know where it's going. Pooraka, Modbury and Hectorville, i wouldn't be paying any money out until you look into it

If true, not cool

Very true i also paid sponsorship for player i was told was to pay subs. Now he cant get clearance??was told he was unfinancial

your all full of it. who paid these players subs. shit he must have lots of money to pay 20 odd blokes subs some who are duds. you blokes have got to stop with the vendigitive slur and get on with life.keep goin boys and take down the place you say you love
