Cuzzy these two were written about in the GSFL thread earlier today by BJ O:)

No worries then Cuzzy!!!

Since you were asking 'who' they were is why I posted O:)

I think you'll find Liam never actually played for Hackham.
Got a clearance from McLaren early on in Pre season,
And then a clearance virtually straight over to Willunga.

So they may not know.

Only saw Liam at training. Never played for us.

Dorian played in our trial against Adelaide Uni two weeks ago and did well in the backlines and middle. We would love for him to stay but i guess he doesnt want to since hes already put a clearance in to Willunga.

Very disappointing for us.

Ice massage. Fill a paper or foam or plastic cup 3/4 full of water, obviously put it in the freezer and once set use the ice to massage up and down the affected area... Simple but effective...

Not a bad resume, I think he's got you on this one HH3. You would have to be a very unlucky man to come runner up 3 times in the Mail medal, does it still get to you Zooman? That would shit me off!

yep the ice massage works a treat, the other thing you can do is a massage called bowen therapy, it bascially is a form of massage done by a professional that increases blood flow and fluid flow throughout the body, it worked wonders for me i could hardly walk when i had bad shins and this got me up for round 1 (costs about $45 for about 1/2hours work). They will tell you to drink heaps of water becasuse you feel drunk afterwards, take it from me drink heaps, i thought it was a myth but when i drove home i nearly had about 10 car crashes.

Just wondering with you guys plugging about not holding any players that don't want to be there and all that, why are you refusing clearances?

Not sure how many others you're refusing to other clubs but surely someone should actually back up the words you all spread on this forum and just do it? I think you guys are on the right track but why hold people who don't want to play there, you're only shooting yourselves in the foot.....
