Proud club, strong club, should have taken the bull by the horns, heck we did, and it was only to stay in div 4, althought all those lads have left now, SMOSH are good enought to keep them? Aren't they?

they should have stayed up, least the blokes are playing the best footy they can!
Kilburn have and will probs struggle but they I think they have done the right thing!!
whats to say if SMOSH had of stayed up they wouldnt have won more games??
u hae got a few new blokes, had a tough pre season, no major injuries
nothing would have been stopping u from being competitive in div 2!

the club was not financial enough to stay up. if we played div 2 this year the club would be in a lot of trouble off the field

Softball/Baseball not bringing in enough coin? maybe time to go soccer or rugby and ditch the Baseball club like you guys did to the cricket club![/quote]

Any truth Corey Solly is out at Salisbury? Missing the first because of Cricket trip but keen to play after that?

Solly trained the other night, not 100% sure if he committed or not.

also just on the phone now to a reliable source, there are three fellow rangers looking in good fitness and form this year! Can we have clarification from a Salisbury source?

There are some rangas looking good, I am however not one of them. We as a group were tempted to pull out of the trial last week as 30 degrees with lots of sun is a death trap for us and a late withdrawal was on the cards.

My tips:
Salisbury v Old Ignatians
Portland v Para Hills
SMOSH West Lakes v Scotch OC
St Peter's OC v Woodville South

Only thing im confident of is that it will be tough as all hell on Saturday. Para Hills have the wood on us, and have had for some time.

I had the misfortune of sharing a room with young Tom on our recent trip to Kadina - he is one loose individual !!!

Im sure there will be no issues with clearing Tommy, he hasnt left there with any ill-feeling.
