No D BRANSON this week, though... not easy to replace STAR power like that

havent seen much on pultney at all so cant say if they are rubbish or not but think plympton will win this seen as its at the mighty red dog park.

As i said before if plympton loose it will be a poor start to the season. but dont see it happening....but i have been wrong before.

you may well be. Have a former Sturt Reserves player from a few years ago suiting up in the twos as there is no room for him in the 1's possibly the strongest line up from the Blues I have seen ever.

Ben Koschade gave up playing for Sturt to concentrate on Sprinting and now returned to Footy. Played a couple of games last year in the A's

should be a good game then if there is an ex sturt player running around . not sure how he will go tho he might dominate but on the other hand he might not?

That wont happen, he's a good lad who had no choice but to defect to Kenilworth, he'll probably bring two polo shirts with him and stick around for a few after the game.
I just heard that D Branson wont be playing on the weekend. He didnt play last year when the two sides met, smells like fear to me??
Thats not fear your smelling champ.... its your breath from all the shite you are dribbeling

He got poached, just like many of our players do from Willaston, he was offered some money per game, it wasn't huge and he does have a few friends out there who used to play at Smithfield also. He went out there early in the year but since has taken the opprtunity to become involved with the Speedway which his family have been involved with for many years.
He realized that his commitment to football was not going to match that with Speedway and didn't want the weight of expectation on his shoulders that would come with playing out at Willaston. We are happy to compensate for this and are aware he will not be playing every game, he is great lad and we support him with anything he does, a football club doesn't just revolve around what happens on the field, it's where friends for life are made.

willaston have been looking after talented footballers for 120 years, i am sure they were aware of these issues and had all of the support systems in place for james.

No doubt they probably did, he just wants to play in a more familiar place, I'm not bagging your club at all, I've heard some great stuff about the place and have friends out there, I just think that this whole situation is disappointing.

Yes these things happen in footy and i am sure that all parties will be able to come to an agreement.

I hear they still don't mind a drink out there so maybe a keg or a few cartons will help them forget about the time they have wasted with this.

Happened to be at the Ingle Farm Soccer Club today and could hear the Elizabeth song being sung, that was the B's, not sure how much they won by though.

Then on my way out from the soccer, i happened to see the scoreboard of the A grade game, and Elizabeth happened to be 8 goals up, not sure on the final result though, but you would think Elizabeth would have got up.
