Meadows v Kangy was a ripper of a game. Very competitive. Didn't get the win but they're definitely on the right track. :supz:

Was certainly another good performance from Kersbrook but after a recent FM radio report it would appear the warm up didn't start 'til after half time.

Maccy certainly took it up to Kersbrook in the first half but Kersbrook's skill in executing it's gameplan after half time with several telling switches of the play in the second half - that started in their backlines - saw Kersbrook really power home in the second half.
Thought the unheralded Linton Fairbrother did a good job in the ruck against the 'brookers Robert Nicholson but Maccy couldn't take full advantage of the centre breaks they did get.

Minor Round Game of the year perhaps?? The Brookers will have their work cut out against the new improved Cheque Book Valley. The surface is good nick for footy, and I'm sure the Kersbrook supporters and players will appreciate using their own facilities again.

Good to see Kersbrook Back up and Running.
Tips For this week Here we Go:
Kersbrook Vs Torrens Valley - Game of the Round no doubt, I'm going to say TV by about 5 goals, not saying that Kersbrook aren't an impressive unit, I would say TV have a couple more guns this year.
Gumeracha Vs Callington - Hmmm maybe Gums by around 30 goals.
Nairne Vs Meadows - Look as though Meadows have improved from their 1st round, might be closer than one would think but Nairne by around 5 - 10 goals.
Kangy Vs Echunga - This will be an interesting one, to see how much Echunga have improved or if Kangy have lost touch with the 5. Echunga by around 10 goals.

It was mentioned on the RMFL thread that Clive Waterhouse is a chance of going to Torrens Valley!!

I'm not sure if Trewen played B's again on the weekend but one would think if big Clive comes into the side, then Trewen would be looking at a fair bit of B grade footy??

Would be a very strong forward line with Clive, Smith, Hill, Smitheran, Trewen!!!
