boys, I am a middle weight, 6ft and range between 83-85kg, depending on my weeks training, whether I do more cardio or weight training, but I only have 9% body fat

(19)96 TASSIE MEGAMASS would love to get back to his (19)80 kg, training mass and 181.5 cm ht of 1996 but his 86 kg Sport Science mass is more realistic.

Would like to be late acceptance for this handicap.....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I LOST 1 KILO SINCE THE fatzocaratzo race started.
