Turk... do you think presidents and match day officials making their way the whole 3 metres between interchange benches to mouth off after the game is good sportsmanship ?? Me thinks not..... take the great win with dignity, celebrate of course, but to gob off after the game shows poor form... especially when you expect a coach to take that crap and not make a comment. Of course he was disappointed, of course he wasn't happy, but to have your senior people behave like that, then have you say our coach was pathetic is a bit unfair... He would have taken the loss with dignity had your bench not approached...

That aside it was a great win by your mob. Hard, simple footy in the last quarter, did the things that counted and were well rewarded. You only have toi be leading at one stage during the game afterall....

Chooccies be real carefull "presidents and match day officials making their way the whole 3 metres between interchange benches to mouth off after the game is good sportsmanship" Dont talk crap... didnt happen and I will take you to task all the way with that. Dont through unfounded crap covering up comments by your coach that were lucky not to provoke. Get ya facts right. Your coach again for the forth time handeled himself unprofessionally after the game with comments to Ryan when he approached on his own to shake hands that were laughed off, he needs to learn to give credit when it is due and not excuses. Enough said from me on the matter.

To All...: Dont take the shine of a great game of footy battled out all day like the three games before it and again decided in the last moments. On the oval after the game there was no hostitilties amongst the players. It was a credit to the clubs and players on a very special day.

Well someone said Unley had improved. But this would be their only shot I guess. 50/50 at best.

Wattsy is still to come back into the side, and that will make a huge difference I think.

The competition in Div 4 this year is pretty hot....there is no way they will win a game based on their results so far

Cant write north haven off yet, injuries and and form wouldnt have affected to many teams yet. And in actual fact when they win a few games they will shape the final five, they are now one of the most important games each week.

Its stacking up to be a great year and the final five could be anybody at the minute. Any team not bringing their game on any Saturday will loose and on occasions even their best game wont be enough. 9 dont fit into 5 so whatever teams keep their squads sound and have depth will be around the mark, cant wait for the next few weeks as still hard to see the standouts, other than Salisbury West and Fitzroy for my money based on results. theres a double chance for one other I believe and maybe its GG depth that will come into play.

Absolutley right about the game. Played in great spirit, fairly and of a great standard. But I will agree to disagree with you in regard to the after match banter because both sides will have differing opinions on how it all happened... So lets leave it at that and just say that the players should be proud of the way they handled themselves...
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

I cant believe noones said anything. I read it in the paper and thought I'd come on here to see what everyone was saying. How'd he go? Play in the middle or just sit up forward and kick his bag?

And I thought it was big news that Perrie and Basset were playing Div. 5...

They showed a quick highlight of it on the channel 7 news. Apparently he played full forward for most of the game and kicked a lazy 6.

played FF, kicked 6 in 3 quarters.
Good luck to anyone trying to sit in the hole in front of him, hopefully they'll wake up before the next game!
