Just one thing to remember. These ovals only take on the sponsor's name whilst the game is on. The oval is still called Glenelg Oval.

I dont mind the sound of The Challenge Oval, hopefully they will throw their cash behind us so we can get new toilets, bar and lights for next season. :)

How pathetic. Glenelg should be ashamed of themselves. Some people came to them with money and they bent over and spread their cheeks.

With a sponser like challenge recruitment, it should make recruiting a new coach every 12 -18 months much easier

you see for Glenelg, over the past decade, it's been a challenge to recruit some decent players, with the club at heart....appropriate name.

As for selling off the oval name - hard to disagree. The AFL's quite often the barometer in these things - and every club needs money - and it's been going on for quite a while now. They haven't sold out - smart economic move, pity about the name.

Yeah, I know. Meant to be a parody of spreading cheeks. Sometimes I am too subtle even for me.
