**** me, I was just sharing a laugh with family and friends on Sunday when I suggested "There are no good jokes going around anymore, the Internet has killed them ... Now you have to wait for a celebrity to snuff it to get any new material" ... Meant what I said but didn't expect the events of this week!! :shock: :cry:

I've never been big on Motorsports, but I know plenty of people who have/are and they will all be gutted by this ... Respects to his family, legacy and the memories ...

it is a tragic when sporting legends such as brockie are killed in accidents like that but again he was doing something he loved

Very upset 3 good Aussie's in one week. :cry: I cant describe how much I am hurt at present so hopefully Glenelg will win the GF to help ease the pain. No really Brocky was always my favourite driver and I will never forget him.

Sad about this one. Was only talking about him with my dad on the weekend about how we'd both never been into Bathurst, like we used to be, since Brocky retired. RIP Peter Perfect

im still in shock i just cant belive this, Peter Brock is the reason why Motorsport is as popular as it is in Australia, when you think of Bathurst you straight away think of Brocky, he will be sadly missed by the whole Australian Sporting public. :cry: :cry: :cry:

There will be a book of condolences that people can sign @ 191 Pulteney St @ the SA Motorsport board, (Naylor House) during this week that will then be passed onto the Brock Family.

The winners trophy at Bathurst is now going to be called The Peter Brock Trophy.

Hopefully a Holden driver will win it.
