I think this thread needs to be created. Well done panthers on making the finals for the first time since 92. I know what it felt like in 97 when we secured a finals berth for the first time since 88 with a win at prossie.

The fans deserve it and i hope you all get out there to see your team pump the pies and maybe go further.....

As Rann says...GOOOOOOOOOO PAAAAAAAAAAAANTERS!

See, it WAS money well spent ;)

Attendance at the SA/GL game was 1992.
The last year SA made the finals was 1992.
Was that an omen ?

Yeah well done Panthers. And good on your supporters for turning up, I think Souf supporters outnumbered Glenelgs 2-1. Still stuff all people at the game.

well done to SOUTH it was clearly money well spent lets hope they can do something in the finals, it will be hard to see how they will fit all those players under the salary cap again.

REB - souths victorian numbered players are almost as high as norths.

REB

there are no sour grapes at all, on saturday SOUTH were FAR TOO SUPERIOR, DEDICATED, PASSIONATE, MOTIVATED etc and they deserved to WIN, there is no doubt about that. the fact is they will probably be more dangerous in the finals then what glenelg would have been.

im just saying that they do have a high number of victorian recruits, and in one game this year they had 17 or 18 of 22 players from victoria.

good luck to them, it may cost them in the salary cap next season but if they go all the way it will be worth it for them.

I dont know what the big suprise with the crowd is. When each of those two clubs come to prospect they are lucky to get 400 people. Adelaide is an away game of sorts so each team got an extra 600 than what they normally get.

"Baby on board". Why dont you put a sign on ur car saying "adult on board" or "car stereo in use"?
