Wasn't your main ruckman suspended for the game? Surely he must feel like a winner if your

No 1 it happened in the showers after the game
No 2 he stayed and had 2 beers got pissed and his wife flogged him when he got home at 6.00

 you know him too well!

I believe Victoria for work. From all reports will be sorely missed, has been playing well

He will be missed but he'll still be back for the occassional game (i've let him know the date of the Houghton game Quichey :D )...we should be able to cover him with quite a few players due back in the coming weeks from injury or other reasons.

No more creek running alongside our oval, it has been piped and covered and the oval surrounds have been given a facelift. A lot more room to park, the road going around has been widened and gravelled, it all looks bloody good. Big thanks to EM Earthmovers for the fine work :ymapplause:

Round 6 Tips

St. Pauls vs SHOC: 39 points at their rented home, they'll do enough to win comfortably.
Ovingham vs Henley: 86 points, the Sharks are a bit too strong here, not too far to travel either.
Athelstone vs Flinders Uni: 49 points despite the Crabs vast improvement lately.
Houghton vs Angle Vale: 57 points, the Raiders to christen their creekless oval nicely, too tough.
Adelaide Uni vs North Pines: 24 points, home ground being the key here, an upset will not surprise me.
HOGG SHIELD DIVISION V WINNER 2018.

It was a commendation on your runner skills. Your career is at the crossroads, runner or umpire, what to do?

Your fripples were distracting, please tape them up next time.

St Paul's v SHOC - Too keep on there winning ways but St Pauls wont have it there own way all day like last week.

Ovingham v Henley - Henley to be too good but Ovies will put up a good fight early.

Athelstone v Flinders Uni - The Raggies will take out last weeks loss on the Crabs and will win easily

Houghton v Angle Vale - Play there ground far too well and will win by about 4-5 goals

Adelaide Uni v North Pines - The boys know they have a big chance to get there first win on the board and are pumped. But with a few injuries over the last couple of weeks we will have to work very hard for 4 quarters. Uni will be no easy beats and we will pay them respect like we have every team. Fingers crossed here.

Tips for this week:

St Pauls v SHOC - Saints rolling along nicely, should win at home
Adelaide Uni v Nth Pines - would a North Pines win really be an upset the way uni have started the year? Pines by 6 goals
Henley v Ovingham - Sharks by how much....
Houghton v Angle Vale - after the owls last 'away' effort Houghton should win by 15 goals +
Athelstone v Crabs - could be a close one but tipping the raggies to get home by 5 goals

St Paul's vs Shoc; St Paul's should win by 24 points play well against us and look the real deal.
Ovingham vs Henley; Henley by 100 plus if the crabs beat them by heaps you would think with Henley's team it will be by a lot more.
Athelstone vs Flinders Uni; Flinders to win by 12 points might be a close game depends if the crabs come to play or not
Houghton vs Angle Vale; Houghton at home on there oval by 30 points
Adelaide Uni vs North Pines; Adelaide Uni at home by 12 points

Should be another good weekend of footy
