Any of us prepared to lay our tips on the table for this Saturday? Mine are as follows.

Flinders Pk v Athelstone should have to much class for the Parks.
PNU v Adelaide Uni - Easy
Seaton v PHOS - probably the game of the round, PHOS won't get their own way all day but have proven so far to be the better team.
Eastern Pk v Kilburn - a percentage boosted Smashing.
Broadview v Pembroke - If the real Broadview come to play they'll win by 8-10 goals if not there will be little in it.

Flinders Pk v Athelstone . Few new players out at Parks this week I hear....
PNU v Adelaide Uni - I think this may be a close game, but still expect PAYNEHAM and affiliated club to win.
Seaton v PHOS - Phos, but not by much.
Eastern Pk v Kilburn - By plenty
Broadview v Pembroke - Broadview comfortably.

Can anyone from Flinders park explain why their D grade had 6 St micks First 18 players from 2004 in their side? Surely some of these blokes should be playing higher grades if not A grade? WOn't lose a game in d grade all year with thos lads running around, but surely in a potential relegation year, there may be some pressure on them to take their football seriously?

Where to for Uni, struggling against Flinders Pk & now beaten by a young Seaton side.
Could be a longer year than expected for the blacks.
Got me f..... how they smashed Broadview, maybe Broadview fielded their B grade side!

uni are a very young and relatively new side - will be inconsistent and if not all players firing in this division any team (perhaps aside from kilburn - and that's only on results/reputation) seem capable of pushing other sides. apparently seaton had a plan stuck to it very well and, as a result, won.
i'm sure, however that given time and the ability to have their best side out on the park the blacks will be around the place.

r. ray-zwer pulled the boots on yet? or the hammy still troubling him?

Flinders Park v Athelstone by three to four goals but a good contest
Payneham NU v Adelaide University - PNU comfortably although it may depend on which Uni turns up...
Seaton Ramblers v PHOS Camden - Fairly comfortably
Eastern Park v Kilburn - Shrek to walk off crying before half time
Broadview v Pembroke OS - If Broadview are contenders then they should win by 40+ points.

PS for the record the umps were very good in the EP v Athelstone game. I am sure the athelstone people would say the same. Didn't really notice them so they did their job well.

Particularly the curly haired Italian fella. Did an exceptional job. (Still didn't get a free kick all day  )

I'm pretty sure those boys are playin D grade cos they've hardly trained all year, and a few are coming back from injury and time away from footy. I'm sure as the season progresses they will play in higher grades. I'm curious as to who the new players this week are turbo?

I bet he played as close to Hackney Rd as he could!

 was an onlooker at the game on sat. if the aim of the game is to knock a blokes head off seaton get full marks. From what i saw B.Ellis had his head over the ball all day received a number of free kicks in the first quarter and cant say i saw him near hackney road considering uni's oval isnt on it maybe invest in a GPS get ur direction right.
