A player clearly head butted another player right in front of a central umpire who blew his whistle reached into his sock pulled out a red card and marched the offender to the interchage..all good so far...came back to his position on the field indicated the free kick and play went on..still all good..now here is where I get confused...moments later the player is replaced (is this allowed) one bench didnt think this was allowed so they went to interchange steward who said it wasnt a red card it was yellow which means he can be replaced(true) but also stated that the player that came off cannot go back on for remainder of game(f#@k now I am confused) when a runner asked central umpire for clarification he said it was a yellow card (either hes color blind or 60 others are)![]()
Somebody got stiffed here but I cant work out who![]()
Was anyone else there that seen it happen??
What should have happened...and yes Ive read the handbook and THINK I know what should have happened...Maybe someone from North Haven?? has a view
I thought a red card was no replacement??? Some correct me.
Yellow card that player is gone for 15min, and someone can replace him.
