saafl Friday edition budget has really F@#%ed up! listing div 6 as div 4, div 5 as div 6 and only included 9 teams in a few tables, maybe this is an alternative promotion system by changing your division mid way through the season and teams coming 10th don't have to play out the remainder of the season.

Surely someone must proof read prior to submitting?

I concur FH.
Look, the lads arent obviously getting the desired results, but at the end of the day, morale is still high and they keep fielding sides, and for that I tip my hat. Its ticks me off no end to read some of the garbage on this forum about the Doggies. As if the terrible floggings werent enough. Nothing like kicking you when your down.
They will nurture the new crop of "Junior" Seniors and hopefully they will be up the standard that the rest of the comp are.
Until then,as me being a new parent to the club,I wish Nivo well and trust the comittee give him all the support he deserves and requires and above all, hope the blokes to hang in there, get out to training at every opportunity and give it at least 110%.

good post. its wasnt that long ago that Greenacres were copping somee huge beltings. i remember the Farmers flogging them by 50 goals 3 yrs ago. Modbury and payneham and rosewater the same they went thru years of getting beltings. it can turn pretty quick.

They have now taken edition #16 off for corrections  Why don't they just have one comprehensive edition released every Thursday, thought the last few copies were very good barring some simple mistakes. :o

Don't think North Adelaide will move in and set up pokies at Rowe Park any time soon

TIRED TIGER wrote:duncs i might be one who has to eat his words but still think wos will play finals footy. at the end of round 9 when everyone has played each other they will be in the five. they have smithfield at glandore then i farm so you would think they will win those two and bolster their percentage. fairer guages can be made once all have played each other. take for instance smithfield were two wins early and everyone talking them up now they are 2 from 7 with little chance of finals participation. thats how i see this very even comp and probably take till round 18 to determine who actually plays finals

ive seen wos and elizabeth..on a big oval i would back wos, smaller oval go with lizzies..

plympton, pulteney, rosewater all look finals bound..i suspect valleys will also get in..leaves 1 spot..bos wos and lizzies to fight it out..lizzies early wins may hold them in good stead..tight comp and has gone up a gear from last year

Zed come down and say hi on satday ill be coaching the B,s

Good luck with that BL Zedman is an undercover agent 8)
