If Barossa want any hope of playing finals footy in 09 they'll get up on the weekend.

some leading goal kickers on the weekend?

I'm going with Treziack from South, 4 - 8 from him

Thinking Angaston in for a chance this week, but still sticking with Barossa.
Centrals to win comfortably over the Donny Brooks.
Freeling to breeze though just like last week.
South to get over Kapunda and will look to be in the 4, unless a narrow margin.

I wouldnt be suprised if Angaston beat Barossa this week

I'd be f****** amazed if Angaston beat Barossa this week.

the tanunda freeling game was a ripper. dont no what people were saying when tanunda were called bad. agars back helps and ferrets run from the midfield. ninehouse rucking was good. but the leggies showing that what ever come at them there ready for. even if it takes a quarter to get started

A quarter can make a team lose a game. So Freeling better fix that.

Barrosa played a great game, Ango didn't know what hit them. I would say that the top 4 team's for the finals are the one's that are there now. But I would say Barossa could go higher.
I was wrong about Barossa winning by 5-7 goals, more like 11 goals.
If I see it I say it.

That's interesting. My guess is that GC will kick at least 30 goals against Krapunda and 25 against Tanunda.
They might as well give the Tigers the Premiership now, cause even the mighty Legs won't get within 100 points of them on GF day. Here's a prediction for the WOODEN Spoon - Angaston ! The way they've played the last 3 matches, they wouldn't beat a Junior Colts side.

Footy Boots, Tanunda are bad. Kapunda made sport of 'em.
You Freeling boys are having trouble putting away the sides that you should be putting away. I think what the Legs are lacking is a key leading forward, someone in the Parsons mould, that the can kick to when they're bringing the ball inside 50. At the moment the long bomb in is only working 30 - 40% of the time and often it results in a contest where the ball is brought to ground. When a stoppage occurs it allows opposition teams to get midfielders in. I think that's the reason (or part of) that Freeling really haven't put any huge scores on the board.

I can't imagine there'd be too many more GC could bring in to make their side better. Tanunda would only need to knock off Kapunda next time to lift themselves out of 9th, their % is far better than Kapunda's.

Freeling have the leg speed and run to go with GC but I think it's fairly obvious their forward set-up isn't getting the job done.

yeah maybe... really tho if GC play as a team and a full strength team then they will still have too much run for even freeling... and like you said Dizzee Freeling don't have a key dominate forward...

the bit were freeling go wrong is they dont give the ball to the forwards they have. and they only have the 1 perminent forward the rest of the team dont no how to play around him. it is a constant rotating forward line that is hurting them big time. hopfully they find some consistantsy up there and they can learn how to use schmidt better.

Boots I think you'll find that you only won by 70 odd points. I think Schmidt kicking 5 was due in part to the inexperience of the Bomber defence and the far less mature bodies that it consists of.

if agars keeps kicking 3 4 5 each week then the rest of the team can build around that. abinet is handy around goals and gattermyer is a proven forward. then with ninehouse rucking to zimmy ferret that is solid. not saying there gonna be good just saying there a chance vs kapunda and a ango with no falland. ps ben schiller could be chucked in that team if he isnt required for As
