what did ya think of the game?

no i didnt, just watched on. your boys are fit, fast and disciplined. i think having a d grade gives your c grade real depth and balance. too good for us by 35 points. it was a good entertaining game played in good spirit. just frustrating to be out played from our point of view.[/quote]
yeh was a good game! was just wondering who you thought were some of the better players on the day?

soary was excellent and your number 7 was excellent up forward as was the dude with the long sleeves.but id have to say it was your midfield as a whole, because they run hard both ways.the forwards were made to look like superstars coz the midfield delivery did not have enough pressure put on it. if i had to give a b.o.g it would have been n0.7 as we got within a goal late in the second and he kicked 3 big goals in the next quarter and a bit. for us we had 3 or 4 battlers on the day without anyone having a blinder.

I think you'll find number 7 was "A" grade B & F last year!!! Handy inclusion for "C"grade!

This is the Roseworthy team perhaps they have a lot of the players involved in the same thing. Is it UNI time off at the minute? Heard it's the last year for Roseworthy as well.

not ignorant.forfeiting is truly disgaceful...you got teams like kilburn taking 20-40 goal hidings and not forfeiting.Roseworthy has 50 players on its list and should be able to get the required 14 together.its not good enough and there is no excuse.explain to me where the ignorrance comes from???

Agree, what's the bet the showponies all rock up for the game against Kilbrun, but refuse to take their hiding against FP manfully.

Plenty of Uni/Roseworthy sides have not minded handing out the thumpings but they can't handle taking them.

Also, if Uni manage to field C4 and C6 sides today it's BS Roseworthy or no Roseworth.

thats exactly right. with 50 players you should be able to plan for events like holidays. my boys had 24 playing b,s or unavailable and we still fielded a make shift line up of kids and non playing members.we got spanked by 22 goals but we gave a good team a game and at least had a go.forfeiting is almost always completely unacceptable

Also, if Uni manage to field C4 and C6 sides today it's BS Roseworthy or no Roseworth.

a - roseworthy don't have a list of 50, they have 25
b - its uni holidays and since they all live at colleges, they get charged for each week they are there - their families save themselves approxiamtely $1000 - 1500 by them coming home plus they're visiting their families. yep - that's shit.
c - last week they had six players available and during holidays the players have been travelling from anything up to approxiamtely 300 kms to play c2. the surplus of players in the club filled other sides - to the stage that the div 7 side had 5 c6 players playing.
d - they are uni's nominated last team - thus behind the c6 side - roseworthy only play c2 because they need to play late games and c2 is lower than c1

hope that clears up some stuff
always forgive your enemies...nothing annoys them so much
