Lenny Hayes at $41 is also value. Proven vote getter, and with Saints winning record, Goodes and Hayes are my two picks.

One Hawks fan on a Forum reckons he could have 14 votes already, and minus a few of their better players this year he could have racked up a few.

Saints will have the same problem as Geelong, with Hayes, Riewoldt, Dal Santo, Montagna etc (if he ever earns due respect) all fighting for votes

I'm putting $50 EW on him.

Just think the umpires love him.

He's at $13 and $4

How could you possibly think that Goodes would be leading???
Ablett has had 35,37,46,42 & 38 possession games all winning games for Geelong...
Sydney has won 5 games, Goodes may only be certain to have polled in two games (against Haw. he had 24 and 4 goals & West Coast he had 26 and kicked 3.

Hayes is definately value from saints and also Boyd (someone has to be polling the votes for the bulldogs)

I just reckon the umps love him and when he gets over 20 touches he seems to poll.

I'm not saying he will be a worthy leader but I believe he'll be right up there.

I wonder if there will be a backlash to last years count, where most media pundits mocked the amount of votes that love-child received?

Sydney don't appear to have a lot of players to share their votes between though so you may well be onto something.

Judd
Swan
Someone from Geelong
Someone from Saints

I'd be staggered if the winner didn't come from that lot, including Goodes.

Swan is very overrated.... gets a lot of the ball, but his disposal efficiency is right down.... umpires will notice that....

Reckon they'll notice his ink-sleeve too and he doesn't miss a lot of games.

Sellwood or Dal Santo would be my best result, but I think only Sellwood is on my list that looks a possibility at this stage.
