That is why we go to the WAFC after our games mate cheap piss, pool table and plenty of tv's to watch whatever it is that you want to. They also sponsor the cricket club now and are doing plenty of good for us.

I got pissed off there one day because Doug Thomas told me and Whitey to take our hats off. For some reason that really pisses me off. Ironically when he said that I went to the Hilton LOL. Good to hear that Westies are sponsoring the club though, that's a good get.

I'm with the Pseudo, Tas & dedja group. 3 kids limits my night outs.

However I usually get out a few time during the years with the "boys", and Glenelg is the port of call, mainly as it's a 10 minute cab ride.

Usually the Holdy or it's sister hotel the Dublin.

Drink at the Lockleys, and stagger home, when the Socceroos are playing a big game or another sporting event is on that assumes the
mantel of being worthy of drinking at the pub.

Still the same in regards to the hats mate but yeah it is good for the club with westies sponsoring us and providing us a spot to do after match preso's.

You'd be lucky to find a club in the city without pill heads, angry ethnics and bikers looking for a fight.

I laughed at that because it's totally true.

I don't condone the use of the wog word, but the accents, the lingo, she's got it down pat.

we may have to change the name of this topic to ... Nightlife ... of Yesteryear

Yes, the good old days when nightspots could only obtain an after midnight liquor licence if they served food ... hence the plate that was given to you as you entererd the door, only to be recycled for the next one coming in.

ah, the memories ...
