I doubt Arshavin will go back and I hope he stays in the EPL because he is a wonderful player (and not just because he scored 4 at Anfield ).

In Russia high profile people like him pay bugger all tax on their income but the amount of tax taken out has been a problem in England for a while.

I guess it depends whether he wants to play football at the highest level or he just wants the cash!
